How to Bounce Back From Adversity Like a Warrior With Jean Turner

Want to discover how to bounce back like a warrior? — Jean Cox-Turner, RNC, Certified Health Coach is an Army Nurse Corps Officer and Iraqi war veteran.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s of Science Degree in Healthcare Management.  In 2018, she launched fitfoxy50&BEYOND – wellness and lifestyle management workshops to bring awareness of the role self-care plays in one’s health and wellbeing as well as to empower others to be stewards of their health.  Since its start, Jean experienced a “suddenly” moment that changed her life.  While she still promotes and teaches prevention, her primary focus is on self-care for optimum wellness for those living with chronic illness and disease (particularly those undergoing chemotherapy treatments), and how the practice of self-care greatly impacts health outcomes.
